Holden Family Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients. Combine milk and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Drop from tablespoons on top of bubbling stew. Cover tightly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat (don't lift cover) and simmer for 15 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
