Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) 1/2 can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
2 Tbsp. dark cooking molasses
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
unbaked pastry for 2 pies
Preparation

Line pie pans with unbaked pastry.
Preheat oven at 450\u00b0. Combine pumpkin, sugar and remaining ingredients.
(If desire, use 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 3/4 teaspoon ginger and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg instead of pumpkin pie spice.)
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat quickly (leave oven door slightly open for 5 minutes) to 325\u00b0.
Continue baking for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or unti knife inserted in center comes out clean.
