Strawberry-Orange Sauce(Pancake Topping) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry-pack frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Puree 2 cups strawberries in blender.
    Pour into small saucepan.
    Add sugar.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until sugar is dissolved.
    Stir in remaining berries, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla.
    Chill until ready to serve. Makes 2 cups.
