Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 pkg. gelatine (Knox)
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 c. Milnot
    3 Tbsp. vanilla or 2 Tbsp. lemon
    milk (to fill container)
Preparation
    To well beaten eggs, beat in 2 cups sugar and dash of salt. Dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 cup water.
    Scald the 2 cups milk. Add gelatine. Beat into egg mixture along with syrup, Milnot and vanilla.
    Put into container and add milk to fill container.
