Wiener And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 lb. pkg. wieners
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
flour
Preparation
-
Arrange vegetables and wieners in alternate layers in well-greased casserole.
Sprinkle each layer with a little salt, pepper, flour and margarine.
Top layer should be wieners; pour milk over all.
