Apricot Wine Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans apricots (with peel and juice)
1 c. sour cream
3/4 to 1 c. white wine
1/4 c. apricot liqueur
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
extra sour cream and cinnamon for garnish
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor. Chill until very cold. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream sprinkled with cinnamon. Serves 4.
