Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until real soft.
    Add shrimp and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add cream of mushroom and tomato paste.
    Cook about 15 minutes longer on slow heat.
    Serve over rice.
