Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked boneless chicken, bite sizes
1/2 c. green and red pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. cooked brown rice (1 c. raw makes 3 c.)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans sliced mushrooms (I like to use fresh ones)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. white shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 large can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Mix together and heat about 45 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven, then lay onions on and heat 5 minutes more.
Watch so onions don't burn.
