Sweet Potato Banana Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (3 to 4 medium)
    2/3 c. mashed, ripe bananas
    12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    nonstick spray coating
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes and bananas.
    Add milk and mix well. Add brown sugar, eggs and salt.
    Mix well.
    Spray 8 (1/2 cup) custard cups.
    Arrange cups on baking sheet.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle on top of mixture in each cup.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 8.
