Double-Baked Potatoes With Ham, Cheese And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes, scrubbed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
    1 1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped ham
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes on High power.
