Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 level tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions (top and all)
1 c. cream-style corn (1 small corn)
1 carton sour cream
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix cornmeal, baking powder and salt thoroughly and add jalapeno peppers, bell pepper and onions.
Mix peppers in meal to separate and distribute evenly in mixture, then stir in peppers and onions.
Add corn, sour cream, eggs and cooking oil; stir until smooth.
