Applesauce Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except catsup, barbecue sauce and water. Make into small balls and brown in hot fat.
    Remove meatballs from pan to baking dish.
    In small bowl, combine the catsup, barbecue sauce and water.
    Pour mixture over meatballs.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Delicious served over rice.
