Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco lard
    2 c. sweet milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Work shortening and sugar well into the flour.
    Add yeast
    mix
    and
    milk; mix well.
    Put out on dough board and work
    well.
    Roll
    out;
    cut
    with large biscuit cutter.
    Brush with butter.
    Fold in half.
    Put in pan. Brush butter on top.
    Put damp towel over them.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Set out.
    Let
    rise.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
