Turkey Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. diced cooked turkey
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk (evaporated, skim)
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute pepper, celery and onion until tender. Fold in turkey, noodles, pimento, mushroom soup and milk.
    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan and Cheddar.
