Amaretto Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. Amaretto
Preparation
    Combine cream, chocolate chips and butter in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until hot, not boiling.
    Remove and stir until smooth.
    Stir in vanilla and Amaretto.
    Great as fondue sauce to serve with fruit or a topping for ice cream.
