Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 bottles ketchup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 large onion
1 tsp. hot sauce
3 lb. beef
3 lb. chicken
3 lb. pork
3 lb. potatoes
1 qt. lima beans
3 qt. tomatoes
3 qt. creamed corn
1/2 qt. okra
Preparation

Cook chicken (and bone), beef and pork in covered pot with water until tender.
Let cool.
Grind in meat grinder or food processor.
Grind the potatoes and large onion; add to meat and juice.
Cook.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring often.
