Coconut Pies(Makes Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 heaping Tbsp. corn meal
    3 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 regular size pie shells (thaw and bake a few minutes so that crusts will get done on bottom)
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine;
    add sugar, eggs and vanilla flavoring. Then add
    coconut,
    buttermilk
    and corn meal.
    Mix well. Pour into pie shells and then bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
