Mama'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light; add eggs, one at a time and beat well.
    Add in flour, one cup at a time.
    Alternate with cream, then add vanilla.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
