Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked polish sausage, cut into thin slices
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 carrots, finely diced
2 onions, finely diced
3 14 1/2 oz. cans chicken broth
32 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 large can diced tomatoes
Preparation

In a large kettle combine sausage, potatoes, onions, carrots and chicken broth. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add sauerkraut and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and lower heat, simmer another 30 minutes.
