Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix water and vinegar in pan; turn stove to low and let this warm while you mix the other ingredients.
    Combine sugar, flour, egg and mustard.
    Add just enough water to make mixture pasty. Now add dash of salt.
    Add this mixture to water/vinegar on stove. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat when mixture starts to thicken.
    Can be stored in refrigerator for about weeks.
    Keep covered.
