Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef stew, cut in small pieces
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    3 medium onions, quartered
    3 carrots, cut up
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in oblong pan.
    Mix tapioca and V-8 juice and pour over all.
    Cover with foil and bake 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
