Luscious Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 carton Cool Whip
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2/3 box yellow cake mix
1 box Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. ice cold milk
Preparation

Bake yellow cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan as directed, about 20 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Beat together the ice cold milk, pudding and cream cheese until thick.
Spread over cold cake.
Drain pineapple well and spread over pudding-cheese mixture.
Top with room temperature Cool Whip.
Sprinkle on nuts. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
