Rack Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove minced garlic
rosemary
lemon pepper
salt
seasoned breadcrumbs
Preparation

Rub the minced garlic over the top of your rack of lamb. Sprinkle generously with rosemary, salt and lemon pepper.
Roast in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes if you like your lamb rare; 45 minutes if you like it done well.
(We cook it 45 minutes.)
