Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices bread
    softened butter
    1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until crumbly; drain on paper towels. Spread butter on bread and place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle sausage on bread, then cheese on sausage. Combine eggs, half and half and spices. Beat well; pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
