Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    rind and juice of 1 lemon
    1 lump butter
    2 c. milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks, rind and juice of 1 lemon and butter. Gradually add milk.
    Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and mix into batter. Pour into a 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firmly baked.
