Creamy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tender yellow squash, sliced
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water until just tender (12 to 15 minutes); drain well.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
