Snap Peas Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sugar snap peas
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese with chives
2 Tbsp. cocktail sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
several dashes hot pepper sauce
1 (4 oz.) can tiny shrimp
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Shell peas, reserving peas and pods.
In food processor (or blender), combine peas, cottage cheese, cream cheese, cocktail sauce, mustard and pepper sauce.
Blend until smooth.
Rinse and drain shrimp.
Fold into mixture; chill.
Serve pea pods as dippers for cheese-shrimp mixture.
Makes about 2 cups.
