Barbecue Ala Lucille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 jar Heinz chili sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 to 2 green peppers, sliced
    1 chopped small glove garlic
Preparation
    Boil beef over medium-low heat for 4 to 6 hours or until tender enough to shred.
    Shred beef.
    Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly into drained and shredded beef.
    Simmer one hour. Serve on hamburger buns.
