Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Grate cheese finely and soften with cream cheese, then mash and stir well.
    Blend in garlic and pecans.
    Shape in two 10-inch rolls the size of Ritz crackers.
    Roll in mixture of paprika and chili powder.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill several days.
