Lorettas' Italian Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Extra Large Eggs
    1 1/2 cups Sugar
    1/4 lb. Butter
    3 tbsp. Baking Powder
    2 tbsp. Anise Extract
    1 heaping tbsp. Anise Seed
    3 1/2 cups Flour (sifted)
    1 tsp preserves of your choice for each 1/4 scoop (Our favorite is strawberry or apricot)
Preparation
    Melt butter, put aside.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar.
    Add extract.
    Add seeds and mix.
    Add melted butter; mix.
    Add baking powder and flour.
    Mix until you get a dough texture.
