1/2 lemon, squeezed (juice)
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
cayenne pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion juice
parsley or watercress
