Ingredients

2 or 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix in separate bowl, the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Pour over crust.
Mix in another bowl the chocolate pudding with milk.
Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use, then top with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate chips.
