Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 to 4 strips bacon
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine
2 pork tenderloins (8 to 10-inches each)
Preparation

Mix garlic, parsley and mustard into a paste.
Place both tenderloins together and cover with the paste.
Wrap tenderloins with bacon strips and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
Bake at 420\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0. Deglaze pan with wine and broth and use as a sauce.
Slice and serve.
Serves 4.
