Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick or other baking mix
    dash of red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain when crumbly. Combine with shredded cheese and Bisquick mixture fixed according to package directions. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
