Baked Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 1/4 c. thick mushroom sauce or 1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours; serve with hot cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
