Creamy Venison Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deer chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
3 slices bacon
1 medium onion
3 medium carrots
4 to 5 potatoes
meat tenderizer
Preparation

Let roast fully thaw out in salt water.
Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
Cut up vegetables over the roast.
Cook your soup and add milk.
Place bacon over roast, then pour soup over roast. Cover and cook at 250\u00b0 slowly for 4 to 6 hours.
