Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Rinse hominy and drain well.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and chill well.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and more mayonnaise, if desired.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
