Egg Custard Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. homogenized milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add to eggs; beat well.
Combine evaporated milk and homogenized milk. Heat to scalding point.
Add to first mixture.
Beat well.
Add vanilla; beat well.
