Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced vegetables
8 pieces bacon, crumbled
3 beaten eggs
1 c. half and half cream
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Put in Swiss cheese, mushrooms, vegetables (of your choice) and bacon in pie shell.
Beat eggs and add flour, salt and half and half.
Pour over vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
