Buttermilk Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    In blender beat eggs; add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat and bake at 325\u00b0
    for about 30 minutes.
    It is very rich!
