The Best Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. oil
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. mashed fresh or frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Mix water and jello.
    Add ingredients in order given, adding eggs, one at a time and beating well.
    Bake in two 8-inch prepared cake pans at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
