White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar.
    Beat 4 eggs; then pour into flour mixture.
    Pour in Wesson oil and buttermilk.
    Stir gently until all lumps are gone.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan for best cake.
