Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cream
1 1/2 lb. coating chocolate

Preparation

Cream the butter and peanut butter. Add the confectioners sugar, vanilla and cream.
Mix with mixer.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Melt chocolate in microwave at half power or over warm water. Dip balls and drop onto wax paper. Store covered.
