Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, while gradually adding sugar. When blended, add milk, pumpkin, butter and spice.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
