10 Minute Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frypan.
    Cut chicken in small bite size pieces.
    Over medium heat, add chicken, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until golden.
    Prepare rice while chicken is cooking.
    Mix the soup and milk in a bowl; heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Place as much rice as desired on plate.
    Add 6 to 10 pieces of chicken on top of rice.
    Pour cream of mushroom sauce over top.
    This whole process takes 10 minutes.
