Grannie'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour (Martha White)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Work shortening together with flour with hands.
    When shortening is worked in, mix in enough buttermilk to form a soft dough.
    Roll out into biscuits and place into greased pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until brown.
