Green Beans Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. grated onion
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    2/3 c. sour cream
    3 (1 lb.) cans green beans, drained
    6 oz. process Swiss cheese, shredded
    2/3 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in butter slightly, about 1 minute. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add milk all at once and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
    Add beans.
    Spread one third of the bean mixture into a disposable casserole pan.
    Sprinkle one half of the Swiss cheese over the beans; repeat layers, ending with the beans.
