Low-Fat Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, remove skin and all fat
    2/3 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine catsup, sugar and vinegar in skillet.
    Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Add chicken breasts.
    Cover skillet with lid. Turn chicken once or twice while cooking.
    Add a little water while cooking if needed.
    Simmer for 40 minutes.
    Chicken legs and thighs can also be used.
    Just remove the skin first.
