Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Sift first 3 ingredients into ungreased pie pan.
Combine oil and milk; whip until cloudy.
Pour over flour mixture; mix with fork until blended.
Pat into shape with hands.
Prick and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
You are now ready to pour your favorite filling into the cooked crust.
