Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium yellow summer squash
    1 large green pepper
    3 medium ripe tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    3 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese, grated
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel onions and tomatoes.
    Chop all vegetables and mix with grated cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs (or mix them in).
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
